Installing cuDNN

NVIDIA cuDNN is a GPU-accelerated library of primitives for deep neural networks.

Installing it is not trivial.

after a few steps, finally..

For Visual Studio, we're not done yet. But I'm using Anaconda. So we'll cross the bridge when we come to it.
